I have a curve somewhere in the high 40's or low 50's. I used to have two harrington rods on either side of my spine. A few months ago I developed pustuals along my scar I found out I needed ANOTHER surgery the day before I had surgery they had to take the rods out. We are now wondering what to do. UPDATE: May 20, 2006 UPDATE: August 12, 2006 I now have three rods. The only problem with the surgery is that it is hard for me to stand up striaght right. My x-rays are fine and I will be updating when I next see my doctor. |
